Pearl spelt
Spelt is a valuable cereal, ancestor of wheat. Thanks to the process of pearling, that deprives the grain from the husk, Sarchio pearl spelt assumes a lighter colour and cooks fairly rapidly without soaking. Its distinctive flavour makes it versatile in the preparation of both cold and hot dishes, such as soups and cold salads.
