Cocoa Orange Biscuits
Ingredients
1 egg
150g Sarchio cane sugar
100ml Sarchio oat drink
2 tablespoons oilseeds
zest of one orange
50g bitter cocoa powder
250g flour type 00
100g buckwheat flour
Sarchio orange jam
powdered sugar
Procedure
Beat the egg and cane sugar, add the oat drink and the oil; than add orange zest, cocoa and flours. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and gently knead until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Take the dough, roll it out on a floured surface and cut the cookies with your favorite cookie cutter.
