Sarchio corn chips are the organic version of the classic recipe for tortilla chips, using the whole kernels of sun-dried corn.
The corn kernels are boiled, peeled, and rolled out into a thin layer before being cut into crunchy little triangles. Sarchio only uses sunflower seed oil to make its corn chips. The slow preparation process helps to preserve the corn’s genuine and intense flavour, making an irresistible snack that is ideal to enjoy on its own or dipped into tomato salsa for an aperitif with friends.
