Sarchio PDO Dauno extra-virgin olive oil is the result of processing two varieties of olives, Ogliarole and Coratine type, exclusively grown in the Gargano territory of the region Apulia. The cold pressed method of extraction keeps active and unchanged the vitamin and antioxidant content of the olives. It has a fruity taste and is a great dressing.
