Sarchio rice and soy cakes are exclusively made of carefully selected whole rice and soy. The cereal grains are high-temperature steam cooked, with no fats and salt added. Light and crispy, they can be a substitute of bread and can be used as basis for delicious canap├ęs. Try them also with honey or marmalade for breakfast. Since rice is naturally gluten free, they are recommended to gluten intolerant subjects and people who follow a low sodium diet.
